Lake Billy Chinook-Metolius River Koke ?'s

I'm heading to Lake Billy Chinook in about two weeks...I know Kokanee are starting to fill up with eggs, but my mind is dwindling...FAST! When is the best time to jig for Koke's at the mouth of the Metolius dumping into LBC??? It has been 8-10 years since I went last and I want to be sure there are a few fish for me and my friends to catch!
