Just wanted to share this with any Ifishers looking to get their own piece of heaven, on a river !
Not only on the famous *Blackberry* stretch of the North Fork Nehalem, but one of the BEST Chinook holes on the lower river !
Just about 1/4 mile below the old Erickson place and plenty of room for bank fishing, a boat slide and a great swimming hole in the summertime !

Deer, Elk, Bobcat, Beaver, Otter, Eagles, Osprey and all the other critters that make rural living unique.

Beautiful home, garage with living quarters and a metal building big enough for any boat and motorhome !

Check it out for yourself and remember me when you get it and I ask for fishing permission. :grin:

One of my neighbors and shocked to see this on here. :shocked:
This house is so neat and what a place for retirement or summer home. Could even be a B&B or Fishing / Hunting Lodge.
Maybe a bunch of peeps or NWS should buy it :dance:
Tons of boat storage and in a gated community.:shocked:
This is the very site of the *Net Pen Project* that was spearheaded by Jim Erickson. New generations of some of those fish are still around :D
I hope some Ifisher gets it !!!!

This one would be perfect for all your Ifish bought stuff, boats, gear, dogs and Family.
Lots of storage and outbuildings.
You could even work from home, DSL is available :dance:

Hey Bill! Well, it's not my property - but if you bought it, I'd kick in FOUR Ambassasduer 2500's! All in perfect new condition! One of them is NEW in the box and is a version of the 2500 of which only 600 were made. How can you resist that!
