hey all, I am taking the kids out to Hornings hideout tomorrow and was wondering if anyone could give me any info. I would like to put the kiddies on some fish. as far as bait and stuff I am good, I was wondering about the area, is one spot better than another? is one end deeper then the other or is it the same all the way? I would like to be able to put some smiling kids with fish pics up:smile: thanx everyone.

Best advice I can think of is put the bait on the hook and cast. You can not miss. The kids will love it and you will keep real busy taking care of the bait boy duties.

My grandson fished right by the handicapped parking place and I was busier than I wanted to be.

Have fun.

:agree: Hornings is awesome for the kids:clap::clap::clap: My son loves it, he got a 3 1/2 pounder there less the 2 weeks ago!!! What a fighter too. We haven't been skunked there yet. rainbow power bait seem to work best. I like the spot that about 1/2 way between the play area and the island. try to cast out about 20 feet or so. there seems to be a nice hole there
