I want to add an additional 12' onto back of garage/shop. I am looking for reputable contractor and thought this would be a good place to start. I will want licensed & bonded with references. I will be available to assist and do some of the work myself. Work will require dig-out, extension of foundation/concrete pad, & framing. I can do roof sheating, roofing, and dry-wall. Used to work for a guy named Kevin Kolen (Owner of KK construction) Lives off of Redland road out that way. Excellent work, mostly referrals... might look him up.
