Tahiti is crowded and severely impoverished. Moorea is a destination resort island which used to be considered sacred by the natives. Now it's corporate. Fiji will give you a tropical experience with the choice of luxury level; from DIY to fully catered. Depending on where in Fiji you go, you'll find whatever you want. Fiji would be my choice.
