I am headed back to the Owyhee in a week and just wondering if anyone is having some luck. Is the hatch still hitting about the same time of day as usual? What flies are you using? When I was the last the hatch was on by 2 and I was using size 18 PMD

Owyhee River
The river flows are still running just under 250 cfs., and fishing has been fair, especially in the evenings. There are a few hatches coming off mid-afternoon and then again towards the evening. Most anglers are still using very small nymphs, but streamers can catch fish, or a small brown callibaetis or caddis dry might entice some great strikes during hatches!
