So I bought one. 4/5 5.5 OZ.(heavy) Is this a good design?
Large arbor but is the weight a drawback in a 4wt Rod?

NO-one? So I went and bought a Ross Evolution 1.5 at the Tackle Shop on 82ND DRive for $175. Great service and knowledge about fly fishing.
Price was _-$100 everywhere else. Best shop in Portland!!!!!!

Not too impressed with the sage reel but i do like the Ross Evolution a very nice reel and not too heavy for your 4wt. Evjoy the reel and good luck.
