Hi Crusin,

Welcome to the board. I love to fish in your river when I get the chance. What a great place to spend time.

I enjoy visiting with Court and Justin Boice when they are in town for the shows and other activities. Nice folks!

Have fished with Boss, VanHook, Young and several other guides at Gold Beach. Jott's is a great place to stay and Sam and Virginia are the best around to help you out.

What is going on down at the Rogue?

Bill

Hot **** ....there's life here.......the bite is on in the mouth, most are being taken above the bridge, four in the over 40+ taken in the past few days, half pounders are hitting preety good around orchard bar.....the water is low and warm and if you are familiar anything past the coast guard station is tricky in low tide water.....Chris young..theBoices are all alive and kickin......nice to be here..thanks

Crusin,
I see you found us! It was nice talking with you. Im going to have to drag my butt down that way this Sept. and play with the half pounders. Maybe do a little over night float from Agnes to Lobster Creek.
Oh I forgot to mention Im related to very famous person (Well famous around that country) the used to live in that area years ago. Hathaway Jones.
Take care!

Welcome! I have fished the Rogue River bay for alot of years, I got started by talking to several of the guides. They were very helpful then and they still provide information. A good group of people. I will be going to Gold Beach the 12th of August for a week, me and Hogtide. Is your boat a tan color? See you on the bay later. My friend the Rogue is down there now(he grew up there) tells me lots of 30+ fish, also the wind is blowing. Have fun.

Welcome Crusin..... You found a good place to hang out and chat about Oregon fishing.

I'm like some of the other people here and fish your backyard several times a year. Always enjoy the Rogue and bay fishing. I read that report about some 40 pounders caught, is this early? I'm guessing these are fall chinook. I was told that there are salmon entering the Rogue almost year round.

Whay type of commercial fishing tackle are you building? Anything we can use?

Nice to have you aboard,

Gregg

Crusin,
Welcome to I-Fish!! I've been down your way only once, and was very impressed with the beauty of the Gold Beach area, and the Rouge River too. We came down in late August and ran up river 6 or 7 miles and got into a bunch of half-pounders, it was a blast.
We are thinking of heading down your way later in the week, on a family vacation. If we do I'll send you a post or e-mail, and see what's the latest happenings and hot spots, if that is OK. Anyhow Welcome!!
