Wish I could provide a on the spot report. Just finished checking the coast links.....hourly buoy report, forcast and web cams. Ocean is better then I expected, except still a little to rough for me. National weather service just removed the small craft advisory from Lincoln city north, still in place heading south. Looks like the wind along the central costal waters is as expected but diminished further north.
I think the small craft advisory says it all to me. Just keep checking the latest forcast.
