I recently bought a '77 hewescraft riversled. it is an 18' riveted aluminum boat with a full plywood transom. (2 pieces of ply bolted over thin piece of aluminum)
the plywood is old and rotting out in some spots. it needs to be replaced sooner than later.
i need good repair shop in the scappoose/st helens/rainier area that can do this work in a reasonable ammount of time (ie: i don't want to have to wait a month to get the boat back as i have lots of other projects to complete on it in the next 2 months) AND at a reasonable cost (isn't that always a requirement? lol)
any advice on who to use or who to stay away from? PM's are fine if you don't want to talk poorly of a business openly.
