Fall River

As I walk the river, I'm not seeing fish like I used to. Ther has been an otter for some time in the upper river that I've seen take some nice fish, but even down lower not seeing fish. Any ideas or do I need new sunglasses?

The fish population has not recoved from the fire retardant spill several years ago. When I walk some of the river below the hatchery I see very few fish.

Same observation here... fish the upped river, I did see good numbers of fish from the campground up, hiked about 2 miles. Most were holding in shadows and under deadfall but they were definitely there...
