What about the Fall River?

Anybody know any scoop about the Fall? Seems an otter has reduced the population up high but I walked a lot of it today and didn't see many fish. Not even at the hatchery. Is something going on there?

Interesting, id like to know as well what's up??? That use to be one of my main fishing areas...seemed I could always scratch out least a couple of fish there, and big ones too!
