cascade lakes report?

I heading up this weekend and was wondering if there were any good reports in any of the lakes. Ive heard the Lava (big) and East are fishing the best, but Id rather go somewhere else. Any info is appreciated!

Cultus and Sparks where pretty good last week, and the Cultus channel on Crane had some nice fish as well.
