I have fished Lake Merwin in June and always done well. Is fishing good this time of year? How about later into August?
I prefer to start fishing for them now through August. Best time, IMO. The fish are larger and schooled up. Find the school and score! Downriggers make it easy though. The fish seem to be concentrated 50-75' down in the cooler water.
