Had a chance to make a run up to Brightenbush for an afternoon of trout fishing with the kids. They have the river well stocked with scrappy little trout! A few nice ones in the mix too. Ended up with three limits plus plenty of catch and release.
Where abouts were you on the river? We're looking at taking the kids up on Saturday.

We had our best luck right around Brightenbush campground. Fished a small split shot above a small corky and a bit of worm, 1/8 oz black rooster tail did well too. Have fun!
