Fished from the bank below the dam this morning. Hooked a few oversize, had one fish up to the bank that was probably over, but could have been a 60" Saw one keeper caught, a small one. I was just screwing around and didn't stay long, but it seemed a little slow. I took a few casts for shad, but nothing hit. Not too many people really trying for shad. Seems like there were a few people over on Robbins island, but not too many. I cruised by Tanner to check out the steelhead fishermen, not much was doing there either. Oh well, another day maybe. Hopefully I will perk up here soon and decide to hit it hard.
