Orvis, baby, here I come!

My hands are freezing! I am out on my deck, trying to be quiet before I go fly fishing again.
I have now learned to roll cast, flip, and double haul! What I have not learned, however, is how to hook those dang trout!
IT's so different than hooking fish the other way!
But I LOVE IT!
THis is so cool up here I never want to come home!
It is so beautiful! I have pictures of wild columbine, falls, water, water, water! I love the Metolius and the song she sings.
I could walk along the river for hours.
I fished Canyon Creek yesterday and the Black Butte Lake last night till 10.
I can fly cast! And I can almost hook um, I just can't land em yet!
I deleted Antifish, guys...
Just like anyone would not want antinwsteelheaders or antibush on their campaign.
Just someone wanting to stir the pot, and my pot doesn't need to be stirred.
Why don't you just fish? Not antifish!

After all, I have you guys to thank for making me stronger! I have put myself at risk by making my life public. Sharing with you my faults and my weaknesses, as well as my strengths.
Critical of me? Hey, so am I at times, but reading what you think about me doesn't hurt me. In fact, it has helped my character.
I'm just wishin that you'd all take up fishin! It's good for the soul, and that is why I started this board.

I have made many mistakes on the board. But I really don't want anti fish as a member of my board. If that makes me unfair, then I guess I am.
Don't like it? Don't stay! Seems so simple to me!
Oh well... the sun is on the lake and the fish are showing!

The thing is, now I know how, due to a very good fly fishermen I am fishing with.
I was trying to set it like other fishing. Now I know.
Pull down on the line, and up with your rod.
I can do this!
Sticks and stones may break my bones but posts will never hurt me! Tee hee

Isn't fly-fishing awesome. This time of year it is about all I think about, and Central Oregon is a great place to be doing it.

Hey Jennie, don't even think about the posts. Enjoy that fishing. I love that area and used to go there quite often. Those trout there can really bring out the best in you. Try it sometime when the Kokanee come up to spawn out of the lake. That can be a blast. Good luck.
