Given that they are from Oregon and I have seen them mentioned a few times on this board I was wondering what everyone's opinion was of them.
Thanks!

Got to check some of the rods out. Friend was liquadating all his Loomis rods (40+)for the Rogue rods. These rods are top quality, from blank, guides, windings, reel seat and finish. Never have fished with one, but they shake really nice.
In fact, got a catalog right here. Comparing them to Loomis,a GL2 price for at least a GL3 rod, but better componets.

They don't have a web page up yet. Me and a fishing buddy have called to get catalogs but it's been 2 weeks and we called back after one week and still have not got one. If they want to sell me anything they better get with it. I've had a chance to use 2 of there rods and they feel good. I landed a 50" sturgeon on 9' 15 to 30. I didn't give that fish and inch. I had the rod bent through the reel seat. I have one Loomis and three Lamiglas rods that I use for fall Chinook and the rogue rod felt better and I think after one good day of stick it to them sturgeon they might be stronger. Loomis is way over priced anyway images/icons/grin.gif images/icons/grin.gif images/icons/grin.gif
