WTB Pellet Stove

OK friends, we have a mission.

I was just introduced to a young man and his wife who are in need of a used pellet stove. I am really hoping someone here can help them out.

The young man is a Ranger in the Army so that tells you that there is not a lot of extra funds floating around to buy this unit. They are trying to set up thier house in ready for a winter storm if he is deployed.

If anyone has a stove or know of some one who is upgrading it sure would be nice if we could get it to them for free or a small sum.

Man I hope they find one, I know how it is to leave the wife at home with the wood or what ever, mine packed it for the first four months of our daughters birth until we got our pellet stove and things got much easier. Have them watch craigs list they are one there every so often for fair prices.

There are a bunch on Craigslist under "household" in Portland and Seattle. Ranging from $100 to $500.

Do they need a freestanding stove??? I have one in my garage that is not being used and has a pad and some pipe to go along with it...they can have it for free.
I'm not sure about the starting it. It is an small older model. I know it works great. (my inserts are just push button)
It came out of my friends home in in rual Canby area and it heated me out of the house more than once during the dead of winter... It's not pretty but if I didn't already have a pellet insert in my fireplace already I would have the free standing stove running in my place.. send me a PM if you are still intrested
