I fished it twice last summer for Bass while staying in Sunriver one week in July and didn't get bitten once. We through everything at 'em... and never even saw a fish. It looks very fishy so I was very surprised. We packed up and went to Crane Prarie instead and were much more successful. Has anyone else had any success on Wickiup for Bass lately?

My wife and I caught about a dozen around June 1st in about a foot of water on what I think is the southeast side of the lake...ferocious strikes...sorry for the late report. Two of them went four pounds. Also, less catfish this year from what we saw, that is good news in our opinion!

Hey T.R....we didn't go as far as the dam, more south of it, and the water level was dropping fast, don't know where any official gauge is, but it was probably down 4 ft from full? By the time your trip comes around the places we fished are going to be high and dry. No problem though, just figure out where they went, right? Check your PM
