Try in the weeds west of the small wooded resting building on the south shore. Fish slow and try plastics.

I think I am going to give up on this lake. No fish, few strikes. To much slime and wake from all the ski boats. JUst not a peaceful lake in the summer

What time were you on the water? First light, or mid day?

I fished it once- in a club tournament. it was 90 degrees. Nearly everyone in our club had fish in there livewell right off the bat and the kid I was fishing with and I hadn't caught a fish and had never seen the lake before. We caught our first keeper at 12:15. By 1 pm, the TD called everyone and asked if we wanted to "call it" as no one had caught a fish since 8:15 am and the skiers were in full force. We had just caught another keeper so we asked if we could all hold out till 3. We continued to catch keepers and won the tournament. We plowed my boat as far back into the lilly pads as we possibly could and caught fish on buzzbaits in the openings, and jigs everywhere else- it was like those fish had never seen a lure before- don't give up. I really hope they do the oxygenation treatment on that lake that they have been talking about for a while. There's lots of potential there.
