Having difficulty diagnosing problem with my outboard. 1989 Merc, 15hp. I can't seem to get it to idle smoothly and seems to be missing. I do have spark at both plugs. Starts fairly easy, a little cold blooded. Not sure..any ideas?? I can't afford to go and buy a new motor at this time. :shrug:
