Starting a 6 month search for a home in Newport or the Depoe Bay area. Looking for a small 1 or 2 bedroom house, and parking for a boat or trailer is a plus. PM's are welcome if you see a good house for sale by owner. My spouse has access to listings as she is a realtor. The FSBO's are a little harder to find.

I live in Depoe Bay, I assume you're just looking for someplace reasonably inexpensive to stay in for trips down to the area?
There is a mobile home, older, on a lot on Ainslee Street that recently went up for sale. It isn't very large, and is an older unit, looks to be 14'x70' or thereabouts. It is a single wide, with a seperate garage.
I wouldn't expect it to be very much to get into it, though honestly do not know. It is listed through a realitor, though right off can't recall exactly who. If you're interested I can get you a contact # and exact address, as I walk by it every day on my walks.
