Suggestions for Century drive lake?

I'll be bank fishing and car camping in a tent. I don't need hookups/water but an outhouse would be nice. I've got a 2wd pickup. I know absolutely nothing about the lakes along that route beyond what Google Earth would show me. I'd appreciate some suggestions before I head out this weekend. Much thanks in advance.

This all depends on what your fishing with and what you'd like to fish for. Some of your options are fly fishing, bait fishing, and warm water fishing. If you provide a little more info I'm sure you'll get some help.

Fly fishing, bait and lure from shore or within range of my waders. I don't fish for bass.

Davis and Hosmer are fly only as is the Deschutes in that stretch. Bait from shore: North Twin or Wickiup. There are LARGE rainbows and browns to be had off shore on the Davis and Deschutes arms. Fish off the hiway on the Davis arm or Sheep Bridge on the Deschutes arm. Crane is terrible from shore ( or boat anymore) Small rainbows from shore at Lava or Devil's.

Deshutes arm of Wickiup..... Not alot of action but a great chance of landing a good fish. Brown or rainbow.... Worm and egg or my favorite in that area Worm, crawdad tail

Shore only...Consider Lava Lake. Very nice facilites good catch rates, a nice little store with small boat and canoe rentals. I know some guys do real well near the reeds on the east side trolling a nymph or wolly bugger.
