Was this ever a rental house?

To my knowledge the home was never a rental home. Its in a nice cul-de-sac with four other houses. Neighbor is renter though.

Too bad I just bought a house in Albany...not to many 3 bed 2 bath houses for sale in Corvallis for under $250K... Good luck with the sale. I wish you would have put this up in Feb.
