Wind River ? Drano? When will it happen?

Is it worth the trip? Are many fish being caught yet? I thought May was supposed to be HOT up there yet I have heard no reports. Any one want to bite on this issue? images/icons/confused.gif

Heard it was still slow at the mouth and in the river. Indian nets probably took 'em all. images/icons/rolleyes.gif

Fished the Wind Monday from 6am to 3pm:
50-60 boats in the area, saw about 25 boated we put 2 in our boat. Saw more caught in the first half of the day. I would describe it as only fair.

Here is Bill's report:
Fishing has been extremely spotty, and somewhat over rated due to the run being over estimated and heavy netting above Bonneville.
Reports of hot fishing in Wind river area were due to short upstream surge of fish due to the rain the weekend before last.
