Ever wonder what a 300 lb keg of TNT felt like going off. Ever experienced your line peeling off so fast that you are sure your gonna get spooled until you can see your backing. How about a 8 to 10 foot fish flying out of the water.
Well here is your chance.
When Friday
Time Early usually around five or six AM.
What do you need to bring, reach around and feel your backside and thats all.
I have two seats open.
last week was four hook-ups for one fish to the boat. One straitened a hook on me that will never happen again. One had us all arguing over who should have set the hook. One just gave us a small taste of what it could have been. and one caused two of us to go home in pain arms, backs just about everything else. I have finally decided my fishing buddy Rick has it figured out. As he stepped on the boat he immediate started complaining about a back spasm/pulled muscle.
No anchor work, No fish hauling work, and everybody offerin him a beer for the pain. Maybe I ashould try that approach.

Dan!
Where were you fishing? We were 7 for 10 up there on Sunday with just 2 guys before we had to eject because we are fat and blue haired. #4 for me was one of those bottom hugging-never surfacing-arm cramping leon's that seemed 14 feet but only was about 7 or 8. That did me in though. Anyway, this is my first post on the site after just taking it all in for the first few months. Quite informative and entertaining. images/icons/cool.gif

Dan!,

You shouldn't equip your boat with oversize Sturgeon seats... You aren't supposed to take them out of the water little on seat them and try to feed them a breakfast burrito and a beer! images/icons/shocked.gif If yer that lonley I don't know what to say images/icons/grin.gif.

Looks like the ocean has it's own ideas about fishing this weekend. Might be maning the benches yet again. I just hate it when that happens. At lease I won't have to watch everryone else set and reel.... images/icons/shocked.gif

Maaybe I'll get that tub of mine out and take some kids fishing....

Don't forget the buns for that bait of yours....... images/icons/confused.gif

Dan,

Headin down to my dads for the weekend or I would take you up on the offer. Shad fishing is pretty hot down in our secret spot images/icons/wink.gif.

Oh, should I bother to bring any shad back up with me? I remember you saying that you use shad for bait, but you might have enough to last you the season already. Let me know, Id be happy to bring some back up for ya. Of course that means you will have to take me out with ya fishin next images/icons/wink.gif.

Best of luck!

Matt
