Vancouver Lakes or streams?

A friend of mine where I work lives in Vancouver and is wondering if there are any good places to fish near there. He wants to fly-fish with his son but doesn't have a boat. His son is 13 and has been fishing awhile. These folks are from Europe and fly-fishing is somewhat of a family tradition. Warm water fish would be ok. Is there a Washington guide of some kind? Any help would be appreciated.

There is a guy on this board that goes by the name of Gizmo Man. He is a shifty character with little beady eyes. Anyhoo he is the big kahoona with the Clark Skamania Fly Fishing Club (also called by some the SW Washington water whippers images/icons/shocked.gif )

I believe he can help you with fly fishing water. He has been known to tip his flies with a chunk of worm, so he is not a purist by any means.
