All fabric covers zip off to wash.
x wife paid like $1200 for this. Tired of moving it around and have no need or room for it.

Wood could use a very light rub with solvent or something to remove a few small smears of paint from pushing it through a painted doorway and a polish to be perfect. No dings or scratches in the wood.
Does need to be vac'd...has a little dog hair on it (airborne hair...dog didnt sleep on it) and a shot of fabreeze (been in dry storage a while) no rips or tears or stains. Does have a few of the fabric dangly things that need to be trimmed.
This is a very good looking very comfortable light weight sofa. Has the flex steel bars under the base cushion and is open air design.
