Planted Metro Ponds

For those of you who have some small fisherpeople who have short attention spans, many of the metro lakes were planted this week with catchable trout. Took my 2 year old last night, two casts, two 10" trout. Took about 10 minutes which was the total of the attention span anyway so it works out well.

You can be there and back in 45 minutes, make a big impression and still make the golf course!

Yes. Good post. Good time of year to take someone out and have them catch their first fish. I have done this a couple of times at Mt. Hood College pond.
