I know all of you Ifishers are interested in springers but I would like to know if anyone has heard what the water levels are like at Wickiup Res. or Crane Prairie. Thanks.

I've read the levels in both lakes are pretty much at their normal level for this time of the year.

Yes, they say those lakes will be about normal - this years drought will have more impact NEXT year on the high desert springs...
I'd try one lake each day - & tell me when and where you get that monster brown at Wickiup. Better yet let him go so I can catch him in a couple weeks! He won't taste as good as a grill full of kokanee anyway.
