Dang it's a nice day!
I have almost everything planted that I bought!
Things are going along quite well. Have a surprise for the ifish people to be released later this week. (I'm excited!)
Things may be going a litle slow transfer wise on ifish, I'm transferring some files and doing some maintenance work.
Checks for donations are coming in, which means I'll be able to keep up on all this stuff! (I'm excited again!)
I get to go fishing tomorrow! (Exciting!)
I have more birds in my yard than a pet store on broadway! They are Soooo beautiful!
Goldfinch, tree swallows, evening grosbeak, juncos, hummies, pine siskins,thrush, robins, blue jays, the list goes on...
It's not so bad staying home, working and gardening after all! I mean, heck, I could be getting yelled at by a fellow fishermen in the combat zone right now! (No thanks.)
Instead, I am quietly admiring the spring weather, the trees, the breeze, the sunshine! OH MY! Getting out some spring chinook to bbq tonight!
Bill and I are building this neat o archway to hang plants and MORE birdfeeders on!
I'm excited!

Easter of 2000 My clan was over at my Mom's house in Milwaukie. (She has a miniature bird sanctuary in her back yard). I went out on the back deck and there was a Pine Sisken sitting on her clothes line. I very slowly walked up to it, put my finger up to the wire and it perched on my finger for about 15 seconds and then flew away. It was one of the most incredible things I can remember. My kids called me Grizzly Adams for about a month afterwards.
