Fished Hagg for just a few hours with wreckless (Dennis Larsen) today- just a "shake-down cruise" to get my boat out finally! We found a little honey hole that looked just perfect, now if only I would have pitched in there myself instead of suggesting that Dennis go!  :jester: . Very exciting to watch- the spot looked so perfect that there was alot of anticipation when he pitched in there and the hit was pretty agressive for a jig bite. Just over six pounds. Nice work, Dennis!

Thats a beauty. I am probably going to hit Hagg tommorrow. I injured my arm about 2 weeks ago and I havent been able to fish. All of these pics have really got the adrenaline flowing. Now I need to get my arm better do I can fish. Hagg lake does have a lot of huge largemouth like the one in the pic, but a lot of people dont realize it. They think Hagg is just a smallmouth fishery with a few LM thrown in here and there. Over the past 5 years, the average LM that I have caught has grown by atleast a half a pound a year. Im getting excited to fish Hagg. How High was the water level.

Nice fish guys, I seem to remember catching one almost as nice as that one with Superfluke in that same area just about a year ago. I'll post a pic if I can figure it out. Were still looking at ice cover back east, I'm jealous.
