does anyone know where to fish in salem for crappie. and what to try?

i dont in that area, but near is silver lake in cowlitz county. i went on sunday and caught about 45 panfish. i got a bunch of pics. mmostly crappie and perch and three bluegill. all in a little over 2 hours!
