Hey guys. I havent posted in awhile cause there hasnt been anything worth sharing. With all this rain in Portland I decided to go up the Columbia and fish around Rufus. The fishing was slow for the most part, however I did manage 3 smallmouth. All 3 were caught on wacky rigged 3" senkos (watermelon/black flk). Here are a few pics from the day...

I guess I meant to say 04/07/07, not 06. You'd think that 4 months into the year I would have that figured out...

Hey -
I know that spot in Rufus. I've fished it many times.
Its a good one!
Let's keep it a secret ;-)
Glad to hear you had a nice trip. Those are some nice smallies!
Can't wait till it heats up. Maybe I'll see you up there! I come up from Portland just to fish that spot.

BEAUTIFUL FISH!!
I've been fishin that area for a few years now, and I've only seen two other boats on that stretch of the river. I guess it's not as secret as I thought. Oh well, as long as everyone's releasing, there's plenty of fish to go around
