Please bare with me in case I start rambling, it's been a long day and I'm exhausted.

I was wondering if any ifishers had caught much in the way of bass out of E.E. Wilson pond recently? I know that one of the popular fishing in Oregon books states that there are large fish but I'm concerned that they've been removed for a few reasons. First is that the sunfish population seems to have exploded and all of them are in the 1-2" range with the largest being in the 3" range. Second being that the only bass I've seen so far fall into one of three categories, 1", 3", or 6" with nothing larger. Is it possible that the lake had a winter kill?

Also while at the pond today I was talking with one of the regulars about another pond about 1/2 mile east of EE. Seeing as I wasn't having much luck where I was I set out in search of this other pond and surprisingly found it with out any trouble. Now what I found odd about this place is that it seems to have a very similar appearance to that of EE Wilson but it was completely devoid of fish. Does anyone have any experience with this pond? I believe I've seen it listed as GP Reservoir on some maps, and below is a link to google maps showing both EE and GP for reference.

Is it possible to have 1", 3", or 6" bass without a mommy and a daddy?

I have done fairly well on Willson EE. for trout, but I have thrown a couple bass rigs out there and have had no luck. Has anyone had any luck with bass anywhere else?

Well the 6"ers could easily have been last years little ones, with the 3"ers being the runt of the litter. Though where the 1"ers came from this early in the season I don't know, stocked perhaps?

The only place I've had any sort of consistent luck with bass has been Fern Ridge, but I don't exactly consider myself a very good bassfisher. I also hear the Willamette has absolutely chocked full of bass, though I haven't found the trick to fishing it just yet.
