Hey Roy...I said something to someone about their headlights being on at the lower end of the ramp, and they told me that on the some of the newer vehicles...you can't turn them off. What a great idea...you can tell the designer is not a "Crack 'o Dawn" angler..or boater. Progress??

FM - Yes that is true of the new Chevrolets I believe. It can be over rode by setting the Emergency brake 1 click I think. Not sure of that, but was told it worked. The brake never engages causing wear.

This morning was just a doughball, with no clue. The fact that he was right in the middle of the ramp at Clackamette park semi jack-knifed, headlights on, told the whole story. Best to just be patient. images/icons/frown.gif

I just noticed today is my 1 year anniversary on ifish. I havent found my birthday present (rods/reels ??), I dont see any cake with a candle, I dont have a little pointy hat with cute rubber band for under the chin. Is it going to be a surprise party later?

All I really wanted was a fish this morning. Saw 17 boats working over the sandbar at OC and the only fish I saw was by a bankie. images/icons/frown.gif Makes the boat payment seem kind of worthless. images/icons/rolleyes.gif

happy bithday to ... ah never mind, the columbia is closing and I am about to get 1,000,000 doughballs starting wednesday morning fighting for my water on the Willamette. It was bad enough the guy ahead of me at the ramp today didnt know to turn his headlight off.
