I went over there last year for easter weekend and the water was so muddy, the only way someone could have caught a bass is if they hit it in the face.We did manage some nice cats.

Last year was an exception. There was flooding and heavy runoff blowing out the entire Snake. I've been taking my family there every spring break for years and it's the best time for quick limits of 12-15 inch smallmouths.

I hear the crappie are usually 20-30 feet this time of year but I've never had much luck with them until later in the spring. Catfish and bass should be good.
