Hello All:
I'm writing this post after recently coming to the conclusion that that property I had a signed earnest money agreement on, isn't going to work for the house we want to build. The good news is I can still walk away from the deal. The bad news is.... now I am back to square one in terms of looking for buildable land.
If you or someone you know is selling or considering selling a 1/2 - 5 acre piece of property with some of the following characteristics in the south Scappose or Sauvie Island area, please contact me.
Key characteristics:
*A view of the mountians would be nice.
*On the water somewhere would be OUTSTANDING
*Maybe a lot with a manufactured home... something that could be removed, and already has basic utilities to the site?
*room for a shop
*really anything that has a nice home feel to it.
Thanks everyone for looking. I have already scoured the RMLS, but maybe an ifisher knows of something FSBO?
