Motor seems to be starving for gas. sometimes runs fine sometimes doesnt. Ive checked plugs, drained carb, inspected hoses, and tried to adjust idle. The fuel bulb is somewhat hard after pumping it up but deflates a little. I can see fuel shooting filter so I dont know what's up. Any advice fellas.
