I'm looking for recommendations for a quality thru-hull fitting with seacock
shut off valve for aluminum boat.
Installing a washdown pump and have it layed out like I want it other than the thru-hull fitting.
Seems that a Marelon fitting and valve is the way to go but hard to find locally. Stevens Marine had one for $69. Seemed high at the time but now that I'm not finding them elsewhere maybe I just need to go back and buy it from them?
Anyone know of internet source to find them or other options?

Thanks- Steve

Try West Marine, or Boaters World.

I was at both of them Saturday, and have checked their web sites. They have the cheap plastic fittings or brass. Looking for Marelon fittings with valve.
Looks like Forespar is the main or only brand but having a hard time finding one. I did find the valve at marine.com, states that its for sale to OEM builders only. Guess that expains why they are hard to find.

Also found some on e-bay but none with 3/4" fittings.

Looks like I will be making a trip back to Stevens this weekend, hopefully they still have one in stock.
