Smelt Wednesday

I am heading up to the cowlitz this afternoon, has anybody done any good yet today? I will post my results when i return

A friend of mine was there this morning. It only took two dips to get his limit. I think he was up by the bridge, but he said it appeared there were smelt everywhere.

By the way, they are patrolling the river very closely. There were 3 game officers in the vacinity this morning and my friend was checked. Its a 10 pound limit.

Hey guys I was there this morning at the Allen Street bridge. Lots of smelt never saw a warden. I posted about it above
