Oxbow would be my pick. There is a lot of good water to fish even in this time of low stream flows. Drift fishing with a pink pearl corkie and sand shrimp is my prefered spring rig. Good luck and be ready to keep moving as you work for that fish.

Adam,
I've given some hip info on Cross park awhile back using jigs. I used to live in Wilsonville and fished the Clack religiosly. Save your gas and work that Clack. That tailout is the place to be early in the morning at Cross. If the water is high fish the Oregon City side. Slip up to Cazedaro and stick your face on the PGE trap and get an idea of where the action is. Late Feb. early March I'd go to McIver. Start low and work your way up. Make it short and sweet. Then fly over to Eagle Creek and work that pocket water from One O'Clock Rock down. Dime size glob of orange eggs and a #2 Gama.
When in doubt set the hook!!!!!!
