Fished today from about noon on. The word of the day is slow. And lack of bait to be had. I even talked to a couple of guy's that drove in from astoria just to get some frozen herring. They were going to start trying the lower columbia tommorow. Who's got all the good bait, herring and prawn's?

Not sure about herring, but Marie's in Tillamook has some outstanding prawns! Several colors and if you don't see what you like, she'll make them for you. Long drive? Compared to the crap you get here locally, it's worth the gas.
