As you can see, Columbia springer sportfishing rose from the paltry 0.5% ESA impact of last season to an 0.8% ESA impact. What happened to the 2% Col. ESA impact proposal during previous negotiations? And how much did they have to raise the Indian's 8.5% ESA impact in order for us pee-ons to get the extra fish couple of fish? ISG or anyone else heard the set Indian impact? It's still rediculous! I hope sportfishers will begin to think about a May protest fish-in on the Columbia.

Given the way this stuff is going, all of the work probably was successful in getting the total allocation to 13% only to have the treaty allocation be 12.2%!

Some things I just can't rationalize........

Ok, here we go...Tribes get 13 non tribe 2%

Our 2% is split 50/50 between commercial and Sport. No restrictions regarding fin clipped above Bonneville.
