2006 was a good year for me and the Lady Dee. Halibut fishing was very good when we could get out. Sturgeon started out fairly slow and bye June it was very good, just not long enough. It was over on July 4 for retension. Some of the guides did catch and release later and did very well. Ocean Salmon was okay. Limits were there if you put in the time. No slam bam in a few hours.
Albacore Tuna started out good fishing with jigs. The Lady Dee landed the first Tuna into Warrenton the first part of July. Mid August it was a Live Bait show with no Live Bait available it was a learning thing with swim baits, slow troll, and throwing iron, never had to do that before in 40 yrs. Hopefully we will have Live Anchovie this year because its just alot of fun.
2007 will bring the Sportsman Show in Feb. I will have some new tricks this year to make fishing and crabbing more productive and easier. I will be doing Tuna and Halibut Fishing with Electric Reels as well as baiting and conventional gear. Sturgeon Fishing seminars with frozen and fresh bait as well as when and were to fish. Crabbing on the Lower Columbia River with different types of gear and bait. Albacore Tuna fishing with live bait, jig fishing , and using Electric Reels for trolling.

There will be a question and answer period at each seminar so all of us can learn new things.
