I'm looking for a tackle box specifically designed to hang (long) spinners, woblers, alvins, etc....
I'm sure I've seen these type on the river before - they don't have any other compartments, just a deep box with dividers you can hang your tackle from. The closest I've come to this is the Plano #1258, but it isn't quite what I'm looking for. I've been to Fishermans Marine, GI Joes, and scoured the Big Fish site but can't find anything there either.
Any suggestions?

My suggestion is to not buy a tackle box. Buy the individual boxes that are clear and have the dividers that slide in. You just put the dividers in a spacing arrangement the suits your tackle. They come in varrious sizes. I use: a small one for hooks, swivels, beads etc. Med one for steel head plugs or corkies and a large one for divers, salmon plugs and wobblers. That way you just grab what you need for the day instead of packing a clunky T.B. Personally I use a pack that holds the boxes and throw in a flashlight, gloves, lunch etc. Works great for me.

Trust me on this one! Check out a little
device at basspro.com or in their catalog
called "Tackle Buddy." Enlongated and
round plastic and rubber tube, where you
can wrap the leaders tight and then stick the point of the hook into the tube. Has
a little notch for the swivel too. Also
has mini storage inside the tube. CHEAP
and in different sizes. Probably in the
Walleye section. Beats cardboard or
foam big time, won't rust, won't wear
out.
Best thing on the planet for this use.
