I have some great Sitka Spruce oars, made by Lindy Lindsrtom over in McMinnville. I am trying to refinish them as over the years they have gotten pretty beat up. Does anyone know how to get the dark water and weather stains out? Is it helpful to use bleach or hydrogen peroxide? I know some of you do such beautiful work with your wood drift boats, perhaps you can help.
