Baby Jogger Twinner II, with 16” tires. It has an aluminum frame, the seat and canopy are completely machine washable, there are two brakes (a parking brake, and hand brake), the wheels come off easily for storage, folds up flat, canopy folds up, storage baskets behind both seats and one big one under the seats, five point harnesses, has a 150 lb. capacity, plastic rainhood included.
