It has been a long while since I have hosted a swap so I figured I better get back into the mainstream and do something about that! I was thinking a steelhead nymph/egg fly swap...but if anyone else has some suggestions I am open to them.

If you are taking the head role, I am in for an egg pattern. My tying talent isn't on par with some of the other people on the site, but they catch fish.

I might be up for a swap depending on the time frame. Are shrimp patterns acceptable?

Deefly: A muddler swap would be interesting (one of my favorite summer run patterns), but I have a feeling that it would limit the people that could join...including myself. I can't spin deerhair for the life of me!
Silverfly: A shrimp would be acceptable...pretty much any fly that is well suited for nymphing!

Mokai,
Usually the swap is limited to a certain number of entries say for example 12. Each person will tie the exact same twelve flies. They are then mailed to the person running the swap. Once he recieves all 12 dozen flies he will mail each person one fly from each person. So each person will end up with 12 different flies each tied by a different person.

I could use the motivation to get back into tying but I need to know what it is first.

Is there room for one more? I'd like to get into this swap.
I'll tie a tool fly. Maybe an agent orange?
